Since the credit crunch began it's toil on Singapore, much news have been depressing and DBS has been retrenching staff while locals suffered unimaginable losses to bogus investments from irresponsible financial advisors. Commodity prices such as rice and oil have finally dropped to affordable rates in late 2008. It's pretty much a challenge for those fresh graduates seeking jobs then. I hope that in due time, the markets would regain stability. |
